INGREDIENTS

1 – jalapeno (seeded and diced)
1/4 cup – lime juice
1/2 tsp – salt

4 cups – Ontario Greenhouse vine-ripened tomatoes (chopped)
2 cups – onion (finely chopped)
1/4 cup – cilantro (chopped)


directions

Stir tomatoes with onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, and salt. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Adjust salt to taste.
